Can I change the number of rewards dispensed each time?

We recommend that you only use the AC adapter originally supplied along with your Feeder. Non-PupPod AC adapters may not provide the correct voltage to the Feeder.

Does the Feeder run on batteries?
No, the feeder plugs in to AC power for two key reasons: 1) In order to enable remote game play, the feeder must be powered on & connected to WiFi, which we found drained batteries too quickly. 2) Using the video camera drains batteries too quickly. -

How can I test to see if my PupPod Feeder is working?

Use a slightly damp sponge or paper towel to wipe down the hopper area and treat tube. It is possible to clean about 95% of the surfaces that come in contact with food, however, the feeder can not be disassembled. Be careful to not get water inside the feeder as it is not waterproof.
