Video streaming requires a minimum upload speed of around 5mpbs - anything less may encounter issues. If you’re having issues with video not starting, freezing, or low quality the first thing to do is to verify your network speed using a free tool like www.speedtest.net. You may also notice a delay or jerky video briefly when first turning on your video feed.
If you meet the minimum requirements & are still having issues with your video feed, try removing & re-adding your feeder & trying again.
If issues persist, consider restarting your network and/or temporarily stop using other devices using bandwidth on your network (additional mobile phones, computers, smart TVs - all of these items cause increased traffic on your network & can slow things down.
If issues persist after this troubleshooting, please reach out to support@puppod.com to discuss.
