When setting up your PupPod Feeder on a new WiFi Network OR if you're having issues connecting to a network you've previously used, first remove your Feeder from the current network (screenshots below). Be sure to "reset" the Feeder when prompted by holding down the reset button on the front of the Feeder for approximately 15 seconds (you can hear an audible click & the green status light will go out when done successfully). Once the Feeder has been removed, the green status light on the front of the Feeder will blink green & is ready to be set back up.
After the Feeder has been removed from the original Network, return to the homepage of the app & navigate to the bottom of the page. From here click the "Add Feeder" button and follow the in-app setup instructions to setup the Feeder again. You can also refer to our Getting Started Guide.
