No. Rewards come from the PupPod Feeder. -
You don’t. It’s designed to go into a deep sleep mode when a game is not active. If you really want the toy to be completely off, remove a battery, but this isn’t necessary.

The 2 D-size batteries in the PupPod toy should last more than 3 months with daily usage. -

My dog is sensitive to noises. Can I turn down the volume of the toy?
Not at this time. However, as a workaround, “lights only” feature makes the toy silent. There are also lower frequency sounds, like the “Treat bag” or “Treat bag shaking”. If adding this feature is important to you, please email info@puppod.com and let us know! -
What does the green light mean just below the camera?
The light below the camera represents the WiFi connectivity status. It has nothing to do with video or recording. -
