If you're having problems upgrading your Rocker Toy try the following steps:
- Remove and re-insert the batteries in the toy to restart the toy
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device by going to the Setting's app on iOS or Android
- Open the PupPod Rocker app
- Turn on Bluetooth on the phone by switching to the Setting app on iOS or Android
- Navigate to the Toy icon in PupPod app (bottom left home page) and click on the three dots on the top right and select "Update"
Please do not start the game or click "Test Toy" on the toy page before upgrading. This causes the Feeder to compete for Bluetooth connection to the Toy while the phone is trying to connect for upgrading the Toy as well.
