The PupPod feeder only supports 2.4GHz networks, so if you are looking for a 5GHz network, it won’t show up in the list. If your 2.4GHz network is not visible, make sure the feeder is "in range" of your access point. Being "in range" can vary, but in general if other devices have strong signal strength and are near your feeder, then your feeder should be in range. If you are "in range" and still don't see your 2.4GHz network in the PupPod mobile app, try unplugging your feeder and plugging it in again. If that doesn't work, please try to reset your WiFi router.
