How to delete user account and associated data with the PupPod App?

You can delete data associated with your account in two ways.

1. From with the PupPod app
If you have the PupPod App installed, you can follow the steps described below to delete data associated with your account.

1. Go to the user profile by clicking on the user profile picture from the top right corner of the home screen of the PupPod App
2. Click on Settings
3. Click "Delete account" listed at the bottom in red to delete user account and data.

2. From outside the PupPod App or if you dont have the app installed.
If you do not have the app installed or want to initiate data deletion request, follow the steps below.

1. Send an email to support@puppod.com with your user email.
2. The support team will send a link or one time passcode to your email to verify this request
3. Once verified the data will be deleted within 24 hours of the request.
