The game was designed for dogs to earn food rewards. Once a dog learn that food rewards are earned by interacting with the toy, we almost never see dogs obsess over the toy. When rewards are dispensed, a dog's attention is directed away from the toy to eat the food.
If food rewards are not available, a dog may decide that destroying the toy is the reward. If a dog is heading in this direction please contact support@puppod.com for advice or to return the product for a refund. We don't want any dogs to be harmed by ingesting pieces of the toy.
